From helping us to stage the home, taking his time taking pictures, identifying contractors, advice regarding the offer, being available to admit contractors into our home when we were not available, keeping in constant contact, communicating effectively, and even patching a wall on the day of our final walk-through, Craig went above and beyond. He was very thorough during his initial walk-through in pointing out things I could do to make the property more attractive. He was also very knowledgeable about how to handle the multiple bids I received on my property and I felt very confident about the decisions I made after discussing the options with Craig. Craig was very helpful in pointing out the things needing correction after the buyer's inspection and suggesting remedies that I could take. Our agent was Craig Schwartz. We already knew him to be a top flight real estate professional. For a long period, perhaps in excess of a year, he supplied us with listings that responded to our changing requirements during a period when we were not fully committed to moving even though we knew to the Wilmington area to be the correct target, but wanted to be exposed to possible opportunities. When we finally committed to moving, he rolled up his sleeves and took us to many sites, finally directing us to the location where we finally bought. We made two offers on a property that we then withdrew because of seller's indecision. We shifted to a much higher priced condo unit and Craig actually helped us in selection of upgrade colors, textures, and quality. We found his role to be above and beyond any that we might have expected for a real estate agent.

Excellent is the description of the service provided by Craig Schwartz. He kept in constant communication with us to let us know any information that would be helpful in selling our condo. After owning the condo since 1982 and having many enjoyable times at the beach with friends and family, this was a bittersweet sale. He definitely made the process easier, even the closing. Sad but glad this is done.
