This is the second time Craig has helped me find a home. I wouldn't want anyone else helping me through this process. Our agent was Craig Schwartz. We already knew him to be a top flight real estate professional. For a long period, perhaps in excess of a year, he supplied us with listings that responded to our changing requirements during a period when we were not fully committed to moving even though we knew to the Wilmington area to be the correct target, but wanted to be exposed to possible opportunities. When we finally committed to moving, he rolled up his sleeves and took us to many sites, finally directing us to the location where we finally bought. We made two offers on a property that we then withdrew because of seller's indecision. We shifted to a much higher priced condo unit and Craig actually helped us in selection of upgrade colors, textures, and quality. We found his role to be above and beyond any that we might have expected for a real estate agent.
