Craig beat all expectations we could have had as first time buyers!

My wife and I were first-time home buyers and quite skeptical at that. Craig was patient with us and his knowledge and expertise were unparalled. His attention to detail from the beginning with us was nothing short of amazing. He also is very kind, which is what led us to first work with him after meeting him at an open house. He was always willing to look at houses in detail with us and fight on our behalf. The house we ended up getting had a lot of hoops to jump through and Craig was willing to jump through them twice over to help us. He made sure to let us know that the final say was ours, but always offered his deep expertise and guidance without making us feel pressured or unsure of what to do and he worked on the backend to get things done. I do not think we would have ended up buying our dream house had it not been for him, and out of a list of over 30 houses this was our top pick, so we were elated when it happened. Even after the sale, he has always been willing to help and answer any questions I have, which is more than his job requires of him and it does not go unnoticed.
