My wife and I were first-time home buyers and quite skeptical at that. Craig was patient with us and his knowledge and expertise were unparalled. His attention to detail from the beginning with us was nothing short of amazing. He also is very kind, which is what led us to first work with him after meeting him at an open house. He was always willing to look at houses in detail with us and fight on our behalf. The house we ended up getting had a lot of hoops to jump through and Craig was willing to jump through them twice over to help us. He made sure to let us know that the final say was ours, but always offered his deep expertise and guidance without making us feel pressured or unsure of what to do and he worked on the backend to get things done. I do not think we would have ended up buying our dream house had it not been for him, and out of a list of over 30 houses this was our top pick, so we were elated when it happened. Even after the sale, he has always been willing to help and answer any questions I have, which is more than his job requires of him and it does not go unnoticed. Very responsive and attentive to our every need. He knew how to handle the showings and the offers. We received our best offer while on vacation...Craig had it handled perfectly and was able to walk us through the signing process while we at sea...totally put our minds at ease. Craig was extremely helpful in the selling of my home. From the start he was there to guide me in the direction to maximize the potential from home. He recommended that I get an update home inspections as it had been years since my home was inspected. His purpose for this recommendation was so that there wouldn't be any surprises from the buyer's inspection. Craig was organized and had every offer he received laid out on an Excel spreadsheet that made it easy for me to compare offers. His spreadsheet outlined offers, inspection period, financial method with contingencies if applicable, etc. Having this document to compare upfront data then reviewing the full offer details allowed me to make my decision in what was the best offer for me. Craig provided input on his ratings of the offers. He had outlined his list of best/top 3 three offers and presented them after I outlined my best/top 3. To my surprise Craig and I were only off by 1 offer (which was the 3rd form both of our list). Craig responded in a timely manner to the my questions/comments as well as to other relators when contacted by them. Craig is the man to see if you are buying or selling a home.

Craig treated us like family he asked us what our needs and wants were and he went and looked for those things. He also let us know the ins and outs of purchasing a home. We felt super comfortable with him and he really knows his stuff. Definitely recommend. Thanks again Craig for everything.
