Craig is very knowledgeable, especially in the Ahwatukee area, but he helped me look all over for a new home. He was very helpful in looking at a home critically not just emotionally so you could make the right decision. I would highly recommend him.

He kept me advised as to the pricing and sales of the comps in the area in order to adjust my price. He kept in touch at all times. Showing of the house made by other agents were reported along with their comments. Once sold, it was smooth running to the closing. Craig is highly recommended.
