I highly recommend Craig. The market is hot, so I didn't have much time to wait in picking a house to put an offer on. He was very communicative in what he though it would go for, when I needed to get an offer in, and what was a reasonable offer. Then he worked whatever time of the day to write up the offer. Being a first time buyer, this was super helpful. One morning I saw a townhouse I liked. I was snowing and icy out. I messaged him and saw the house within two hours - he's that quick! Then when I really liked a townhouse, I wanted to make a competitive offer. He actually called the other agent and asked if they were comfortable with an escalation clause and what they were hoping for in a buyer. I ended up winning the bid. The other agent even told me at closing that she really appreciated how communicative he was. Another great thing was that when Craig was out of town, he had a team member to fill in. In my case Pam filled in. She was just as helpful and prompt. Last, the buying process was easy and straightforward. The team had many automated emails that provided really good reminders and many personal emails on specific things I needed to do. And they were all very timely in responding back when I had questions on any documentation.
