Courtney was very knowledgeable about the realty market. She gave a small tutorial to explained what I should know before I start this new chapter in my life of purchasing my first home. I did appreciate this because I was starting out unprepared or knowledgeable about the whole process. Courtney guided me in the right direction, explained everything when I had questions or didn't understand something. I was contemplating on buying a condo or a house. After we toured several properties, Courtney explained the pros and cons of buying house or condo. She offered great information and suggestions based on our needs and wants. When the decision was made about my purchase, Courtney was right there with me during the housing inspections, she researched the property for any discrepancy that we were not aware of. Courtney offered suggestions and help for any repairs or updates that will be needed in the future. Courtney has been by my side with her help and suggestions from the first time we met and after closing. I feel I have met a new friend for life. Courtney is absolutely amazing! As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect during this process but she went above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure that I was always aware of where we were in the process and what the next steps were. She stayed in constant communication with the sellers, the loan officer and I throughout the entire process. She found me exactly what I was looking for in a home and advocated for my wishes and desires with both the sellers agent and the lending team. Whenever any issues did arise she was front and center to champion for a favorable outcome for me! She used her extensive network of related professionals to assist me with some of the other aspects of becoming a home owner. As a first-time home buyer, I did not know what to expect. I only knew what it is that I wanted, but working with Courtney made this process as seamless as it could be. There were multiple times throughout the process. Were she really shined and went above and beyond as a realtor. Her advocation for my needs was astounding. She is such a warm and personable person and communicating with her. I felt so much at ease knowing that I had someone on my side and in my corner that was going to keep me informed at each step of the process and that was going to champion for me.
