I did appreciate this because I was starting out unprepared or knowledgeable about the whole process. Courtney guided me in the right direction, explained everything when I had questions or didn't understand something. I was contemplating on buying a condo or a house. After we toured several properties, Courtney explained the pros and cons of buying house or condo. She offered great information and suggestions based on our needs and wants. When the decision was made about my purchase, Courtney was right there with me during the housing inspections, she researched the property for any discrepancy that we were not aware of.
