Sold me my dream home

My girlfriend Tressa and I just bought our first house earlier this month, and Courtney, our realtor was a huge help. She made the whole process a lot easier than we expected. As first-time buyers, we were pretty clueless, but Courtney walked us through everything step-by-step without making us feel overwhelmed. She paid close attention to all the little details, like making sure we didn’t miss any paperwork or deadlines. She even helped us figure out the mortgage stuff and gave us some solid tips on keeping up with the house, which we really appreciated. Courtney was always there to answer our questions, no matter how small, and she took the time to understand what we were looking for. She’s also a great baker! Ask about her cinnamon rolls. We felt like she really cared about helping us find the right place. Thanks to her, we’re now settling into our new home. Courtney did a great job, and we’re thankful for all her help.

Courtney was indispensable to us in our house hunt and as a buyer 's agent for the house we finally bought. She was open and honest with us the entire time, knew a ton about the market and the process of buying a house, was relentless in asking for the best for us from our mortgage company, seller, and everyone else along the way, and we wouldn't have gotten nearly the great deal we did without her. I worried she might be too aggressive at first - she's not, she's exactly what you want in a real estate and buyer's agent, because ultimately, she's on your side when the world seems against you.
