The photographer she hired did an incredible job. She sent out beautiful brochures of our home and made sure our home was seen online. Courtney listed our house in March and we had a contract by mid-May! We had listed our house the previous year with another realtor and couldn't sell it, so we rented it out for 6 months. We were beyond grateful that Courtney was able to sell our home quickly in a very tough sellers' market!
