Sold my house in 2 weeks. Helped us stage it properly, and actually painted a bedroom with us. Very professional.
Courtney made the whole process of selling our home the easiest experience I have ever had. She came in with a plan as to make the house ready to sell. She was able to have an offer on our house in 4 hours! She was always in communication with us on what we needed to fill out and how to do it! She was able to set us up with an attorney to help us with the process. In every single aspect of the sale of our house she was knowledgeable, prompt, supportive and above all else a constant source of positivity. There is no one else that I would have wanted to have assist us in this experience!
Courtney was a very thorough and experienced agent. There were many obstacles when selling our home. Courtney was up for the task and held all of it in stride. She is an amazing person and a great realtor. Would definitely trust her to sell another home.
