Both Courtney and her husband Chris were absolutely instrumental in the purchase of our new home - we quite literally could not have done it without them. This was a new construction project with a builder that did not have a large or established team to hand off to, and both Courtney and Chris truly stepped up as the listing agents and filled in the gaps; they did more for us than our actual realtor did and never failed to provide us with the absolute best service one could hope for. Even after we closed on our property they continued to stay in touch and make sure we were completely satisfied, making sure nothing outstanding remained. i cannot recommend them highly enough; they set the standard for what it means to be a good and true realtor focused first on their clients (even when they aren't technically their clients).

My experience with Courtney and Chris Cameron was great. I tried to sell my house myself and my highest offer was way less than they were able to get for me. Courtney showed exceptional skill in her ability to sell and she has great contacts with investors if you are not interested in fixing up your house to sell. Before this experience I had the opinion that realtors made way too much money for the amount of work they do but she has changed my opinion. Her ability to up sell alone made me a ton of money, let alone her knowledge and the people she knew in the housing industry. Let me add her people skills. I interviewed 10 realtors before choosing her and I was pretty rough on all of them. She is very accommodating, understanding and knowledgeable. She said the right things at appropriate times with respect and courtesy. I am very thankful that I found her and I would highly recommend her.
