Coupar is always wonderful to work with. We had the usual ups and downs of finding a home and Coupar was always there to help us understand what was the best choice and why. This was the third home our family has bought with Coupar and he will be our choice if we ever decide to make another purchase or sale
Coupar is best realtor I have ever had . He answered all my questions and concerns. And always called me back. Great customer!
This is the third time we have worked with Coupar and I wouldn't work with anyone else. He exceeded expectations again. He worked around our schedule and was willing to drive across town to see houses with short notice. The market is really crazy right now but Coupar was able to help us find a great house that met all of our requirements and budget. Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Coupar does a great job of taking care of things behind the scenes so you can focus on your day to day life. I really can't recommend him highly enough!
Coupar was quick to respond and always available when I inquired about a property, and was patient while we looked at many properties. He had helpful advice on the properties assets and flaws, which led to me finding my perfect first home.
With Coupar's experience he helped us get top dollar for our property and he made process easy and painless.
Coupar is definately one of the most knowledgeable Brokers in Denver. I feel like he knows every house that is for sale and every broker in town to get your deal done. In a hot market, Coupar guided us through the negotiations to find our dream home and not overpay for it!!!
In a difficult season for house hunters, Coupar was exactly what we needed -- knowledgeable, responsive, supportive, resourceful and professional. With all odds against us as buyers in this crazy market, Coupar was persistent and undeterred. He also connected us with an excellent mortgage broker, who helped us navigate the ups and downs of the process and secured us an enviable loan product and rate in the end. Without this team, I'm not sure we would be here now, settled in our delightful new home.
Coupar was fabulous! Very easy to work with, very knowledgeable of the market, and helped me sell my place above asking price. I would definitely recommend using Coupar for all your realtor needs.
Coupar is always there for you and really helped us figure out how to sell our home. He’s a great guy and would highly recommend!
Coupar is very knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind always.
Coupar was a phenomenal help in finding my new home in CO! After a frustrating experience with a different realtor in CO who wouldn't even respond to my emails/phone calls, finding and working with Coupar was a breath of fresh air. He listened well to what I was looking for, selected great properties to tour, and worked with me every step of the way until I officially closed on my dream home. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous to begin the process of looking for a place, but Coupar helped me navigate and understand every step of the process. I highly recommend working with Coupar, you will not regret it!
Coupar was a great help with the selling of my home. He communicated very well with me all throughout the process, was responsive to my questions, and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. He went above and beyond to make sure my house sale went as smoothly as possible.
