Every homeowner wants the best value for their house. And while the end number is important, the process needs to be somewhat effortless and invaluable. Cotty and his assistant Dodie were just that: invaluable! They were more than helpful in walking me through the paperwork as well as listening to my suggestions on how to showcase pics of backyard (from summer). They managed to create high traffic — in January none-the-less — which played to our advantage. They further followed up with detailed reminders and assistance for the clean up and closing. They were working — for me, and looking out for my best interest. And that, I truly appreciate.
