Cory and Brandi Wilks provided outstanding support to our family and made selling our home a pleasure. From the earliest stages of the process, Cory and Brandi's advice and assistance in just the preparation and staging of our home alone likely added an additional $16,000 to our sell price. Their guidance, combined with their vast knowledge of the market, their diligence and research into establishing our asking price point (which, incidentally, ended up being about $70,000 higher than I would have thought to sell for on my own), and the time that they took to explain the process and our options to us over the course of multiple in-person meetings and many phone calls added not only real, tangible value to our homeselling process, but also peace of mind for my family and me. In the end, we received three qualified offers on our house, which were presented to us clearly and concisely by Cory and Brandi, and we were able to award a buyer with a very attractive offer that was $10,000 over asking price. What I appreciate about Cory and Brandi over what I have heard of other agents is that they did not lowball the asking price to try to get 15 or 20 offers that we would have to sift through. We received a handful of serious and attractive offers only, which all came in at the very top of the market range for our home, all of which were at least asking price, and we had several secondary requests for buyers that were all cared for in the offer we accepted.
