Cory Huffer

Cory Huffer is the man! Sold my home quickly, with no problems. Great attitude and will take the extra time to do things right. I consult him before making any decisions about real estate.

My family and I were looking for property to build on, Cory had first hand knowledge on finding properties that were owned by investors who were looking to part with their properties in a more timely manner than the average owner. That's his particular knowledge I found extremely valuable. As a realtor - Cory was always quick to respond to my texts, emails, and phone calls, the longest response time was about two hours, but I believe that was because he had previous appointments during my contact attempt. My family and I had been looking for property for two months on our own before Cory helped us, we started looking with him at the beginning of October 2017, and by the 30th of October we had found, bid and closed on a property meeting 90% of the criteria we were trying to find. (wanted a Pond, but with the property we bought, we can add one later). Being a realtor with Keller Williams means he has access to all their databases and connections. This is my second experience with a Keller Williams backed realtor and I have to say I am completely impressed. I have bought and sold three homes in the last 15 years, and if I have to do it again I will seek out either Cory, or another agent who is part of the Keller Williams team. Cory helped me through the purchase process to ensure I had all my I's dotted and T's crossed to facilitate a fast closing, which thankfully all the stars lined up with the county my land is located in. The title company Cory works with was also able to work quickly as well. We learned a few things while we were out driving for land, but that did not slow us down in finding the right property. I do recommend Cory if you need to find the right place, whether it's a home or a property.
