Jonathan made me so happy he reduced the price of the house by 50,000 of the original purchase price and also negotiated 18,000 in credits from the seller for me the last realtor I used didn't know how to negotiate and didn't make me feel special. I went to Jonathan super disgruntled and he made me happy and was able to solve my problems if it wasn't for Jonathan I wouldn't have a house today. I am so grateful that house also went up in equity 25k since I bought it and it's been less than 1 year.
Jonathan (aka Cory) is the kind of realtor that goes above and beyond. Frankly, I'm not a fan of most realtors because they remind me of used car salesmen. Jonathan is genuine and in the end becomes more of a good friend than just your realtor. He works in your best interests whether that's good or bad for him. I enjoyed working with him so much he was also my realtor that helped find and negotiate a great deal on my new house. He definitely gets, no earns my highest recommendation. Thank you!
