In past experiences there were broken promises, missed deadlines, calls going straight voicemail, this was never the case with Cory. My wife and I have had our home for almost 20 years, so selling our home & trying to find a new one was a scary proposition, especially coming at the end of a pandemic. Cory understands the market and how to position your property to get the maximum selling price for it. He advertises well, his promotional videos are well done, and the property was sold within the time frame he provided, for the dollar amount he has estimated. Very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Cory was awesome the whole way through. He warned me that there were a few things that a buyer would have an issue with during the inspection and when they saw them he negotiated brilliantly! he talked me through all of the potential buyers and helped me select the right buyer that performed and met every contingency on time!
