Jumped in anytime he was needed. There were so many things that Cory ended up having to do for me and he was always available and willing. He was helpful on any area of house selling that I had questions about. Easy to work with because he has a great personality, he’s funny, and he truly wants to do a good job. There were some glitches along the way and he handled them all In a stand up fashion.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Lauren Rockett and Cory Boldroff. I was pretty new to California with minimal knowledge about the housing market in the area. He introduced me to DREAM HOME where the new family asked for changes to the old house-> I paid for the remodel of the property to bring it to the "new home for a new family" so that the new owners moved into what their dream home without having to do much and I received the net price Cory and I agreed upon at the beginning for the sale of the property. As with any remodel there are always hiccups, but they have moved in to the house they wanted and were happily getting everything organized. I would refer Cory in a heartbeat...for future clients ->always be open with expectations and needs/wants and don't change what "page" you are on with Cory.
