We had seen “SOLD” signs all over the neighborhood and decided we must talk with her first about selling our house. There was no doubt at our first meeting that we had made the right decision. She had already done some preliminary.work and had answer to questions even before we asked them. She had knowledge of the area and we had an offer on the house in about three weeks. I want to share my journey with Cortney Hudson. I met Cortney in front of the real estate office where I went to inquire about my realtor and friend Ellen. Ellen was at the time with Covid and I had not herd from her in quite some time. After some time gone by Cortney called to tell me Ellen was in the hospital still and she would be taking care of my real estate needs. Cortney rolled up her sleeves and got to work. She kept me informed and up to date with what the market had to offer. We visited a number of properties and her expertise and experience kicked in every time. Cortney is a true professional at what she does. She will have your interest at heart and won't let you make a decision without first educating you on your options.
