We began our search for a large home in the South Tampa area for our extended family back in January with Correy. We started off using several different agents that we mostly met at open houses. When we met Correy, her professional attitude impressed. Our first Saturday out looking with her was very insightful and we were won over. We even made an offer on a home that day. It didn't work out, but we were sure at that time that Correy would be the agent we eventually bought a home with.
Correy showed up to the first meeting with me with a folder filled with information on comps, neighborhood stats and information on my house. She obviously did her homework. She didn’t tell me what my house was worth. She asked me how much I thought it was worth. Then we discussed a listing price and decided to add $5000 for negotiation room. My house sold for a cash offer, $5000 less than listing price, during the first open house. Correy also helped me find the perfect house. We had a contract on a house where the seller refused to negotiate over $1600. We came within $5000 of a contract on a second house before we found the house I bought. The house I bought is more that I expected and is perfect for me. After closing, Correy was persistent until she got the guarantee on the new roof in writing, which was not easy. In summary, Correy is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and views her job as being the person to help you find your dream home, regardless of the price. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s awesome!
