Our situation we experienced with Correy was a unique one as there were other forces in play and a strict timeline to get this deal closed otherwise there was going to be adverse consiquinces! Correy was able to assertain that we could execute this deal by asking the right questions, requested the proper documentaion, while also working the title end to get this deal closed on time!
