It was a great experience working with Corey Ye to sell my fixer-upper home in Richmond CA. It was my first time selling a home and I was extremely nervous. Corey was very hands-on and attentive to my questions about the sale process. He gave great recommendations, connected us with local contractors, and arranged the home staging. What I loved about working with Corey was that even though he was busy, he always made my listing a priority. In the end, the home closed 22% above asking and would not have been possible without Corey's help. Corey helped my brother and buy our first home. Bear in mind, my brother and I are not easy clients. We are very picky and particular about things; well informed enough to find and detect a lot of issues and concerns but not informed enough to know when they are things we should be able to accept and live with. Corey was very patient with us, and never pushed us towards an action we were not comfortable with. In parallel, he also remained realistic about the market conditions, what was feasible and what wasn't. He sent us regular market updates and listings that fit the criteria we were looking for (which pivoted 3-4 times throughout our 6 month search). He was always willing to find time to drive to cities (some very far away at odd hours) just so we could have a look. I felt he gave us his honest opinions on the homes we viewed and never exaggerated the value of a home to push it onto us. When it came to the house we actually bought, it was a home Corey recommended and we got it below market thanks to how quick he was able to book a viewing hours after the price had dropped and how quick he was able to contact the other side. In the offer stages, he helped us put together a strong offer and advised us on how to deal with competing offers and we ultimately won out. Corey is well connected to other realtors and this proved to be a benefit for some of the homes we viewed that were represented by one of his associates. We were hesitant about the entire home buying process because it was our first time and we had no idea what we were doing. We also were concerned about having an over pushy realtor but a Corey was great. He explained and walked us through everything and was always reachable and flexible, especially now during Covid. We even changed the area where we were looking and he had no problem meeting us further out. His recommendation and conversations to the sellers realtor helped us get our house! If we were ever going to purchase another home, we would definitely use him again

I give Corey and his team my highest recommendation! I was a first time buyer, and of course I was very much overwhelmed, but Corey was there through the entire journey. This couldn't have gone any better, and it was all due to his professionalism, expertise in the market, and his patience to explain all the details of purchasing a home. He was accessible through all the usual channels, nights, and weekends. I remember the night we submitted my offer, and Corey saying that we could hear back that night or the next morning. Got a call 15 mins later from him congratulating me that my offer was accepted. As difficult as buying a home for the first time can be, Corey made it almost too easy.
