Connie definitely knew the market.and assistance in a selling price point was on point. Her professional approach was friendly and fair. My satisfaction was primary. Connie brought to buyers attention all the little things that make a sale. We were in constant communication throughout the process. Of course there was a bidding war and her knowledge friendly, professional personality concluded with a successful sale over asking price in a short time.
Meeting Connie was like god sent ~ her calmness had a soothing effect on both myself and especially my husband of 28 years who can be very ~ very picky @ times. We never knew what to expect before myself & my husband decided that we wanted to put our home on the market ~ but once my husband met her…he said to me that he thinks that she will get us to the PROMISED LAND and that was it. Basically Connie exceeded our expectations by a mile ~~ she’s such an amazing individual and she made the process look so easy because we didn’t know what the end result was going to be. We are now living in Kennesaw Georgia but we haven’t found a home as yet….all credit to CONNIE ~~~we’re so happy that she appeared on our radar!!! Finally we both love Connie!!!!
She was extremely professional. She is knowledgeable about the market and gave me the best rate I could’ve asked for and she got the buyer to increase their offer by 2%. so I was ecstatic. So in total I actually got 4% more than we were asking for so I was ecstatic. It was exactly what I needed and I had some issues with on my end and she dealt with all of that extremely well and everything went fine.
Well I think I was Connie's longest running customer. In this crazy market, as well being as a very picky customer, she worked with me and my family for more than a year - always with a smile and determination. I am pleased to say she went from agent to friend! Highly recommend!
