I was in no hurry to move and I felt free to set the pace, sometimes looking and sometimes not. She knew I'd find the right house eventually and was always willing to meet me when I spotted a new one on the market. We finally found a good fit, and she was instrumental in bringing it all together and finalized. She's a very easy person to talk to, and went above and beyond for me. She has wonderful ideas on how to sell my old house quickly and what needs to be done to facilitate that. All in all, she's in the right profession and does it very well! I can't thank her enough for all her help.

My husband first met Connie in June 2010. She assisted Paul find our dream vacation home in Cape Coral. She was very reliable and knowledgeable of what was going on in the market than...So never a second thought was needed to ask Connie back. It was now time to sell our vacation home and move on. Connie Addison, where do begin? I'm in NH but needed an excellent and knowledgeable agent in the Fort Myers area to sell my sisters estate, there was a previous realtor that my sister had hired and only caused us misery, so believe me when I say I really did my research. once reading through Connie's experience, knowledge and reviews I decided to give her a call. She went straight to the property, made her assessments on what needed to be done, suggested we do some interior work before relisting, Connie was as she would say; My boots on the ground, since I was in NH. We hired painters, plumbers, installed new appliances ect.. and she would be present at every moment to assure things were done correctly and to what standards had to be met! when we would run into issues, she would go straight there and assist, even running to the hardware store or whatever was needed to proceed to make this a move in beautiful Villa, which she did!, Once listed the Villa was shown many times until the right buyer came along, selling an estate when your not from the area and having someone like Connie their to assist, was the best choice I could've made. My husband and I flew down once during the procedure to handle other maters, and met with Connie at the Villa, It was like we have known each other for ever, we were in shock what a beautiful job she had done transforming it, She even painted the front door one day while waiting on the appliance delivery, now who does that? Connie does! I cant say enough about her, but I also need to throw in a Big Thank you to her husband who also assisted with getting this villa ready to be sold. If you are either looking to sell or buy I highly recommend a call to her, she literally goes over and beyond what you would ever expect.
