Conrad made the selling of our home a total breeze. He fulfilled our requests (ie be at all showings, no for sale sign, etc.) without question and to the fullest extent. My Brother and I had a cabin to sell in Walker Az, we had owned it for 16plus years and had lots of family memories there, that being said it was time to move on and we came across Conrad Wilson, who we choose to list the Cabin, he was very knowledgeable with the area and the Real estate values, he was super nice as well! He had multiple offers instantly and then the Cabin sold before you know it! We live in Phoenix so it was mostly just talking with him over phone which made it very simple on our part! On top of selling it he also helped us in many ways, when we went up for our final weekend with family and friends it just happend to snow more then all the years we lived up there, Conrad went out of his way to plow the road so we could get to and from, he also helped with getting the Cabin cleaned out!
