Conrad was very knowledgeable about the entire experience! Putting our home for sell he even brought in his drone to show prospective buyer the land around our home. He kept us aware of people that looked at it. In looking for a new home for us Conrad was always willing to show us houses that we thought might be "the one". He was very aware of the things we were looking for in a new home.(Wood floors, island in the kitchen, fireplace, etc). I would recommend Conrad to anyone looking for a quaified realtor!
