Connie is an outstanding real estate agent. I met her at an open house near my prior home and she helped me survey many possibilities for replacements. With each property, she helped me gain more and more perspective on the neighborhood, floor plan, and interior design elements I was looking for. She was very patient with my many detailed questions about everything from mini-splits to lighting, sprinter van garages to financing and future neighborhood development plans. She was responsive and got the answers to my questions quickly. She also demonstrated a deep understanding of what each home would be worth in the current market conditions. On the transactional side, Connie was fast and through and we ended up closing on a unique and beautiful property.Generally I found Connie to have a deep passion for properties and a keen mind; she is something of a walking encyclopedia on all issues property-related.
