Condo purchase made easy Connie and I connected during my search for a condo. We had an initial discussion to set expectations. I was in no hurry, until Connie found exactly the property I was looking for. Connie counseled me correctly that the market conditions would not leave this property for sale for very long. We immediately began the offer and contract process. She set up calls to discuss various terms and conditions and we submitted a successful offer. We had a short due diligence period due to seller's need to close. Connie lined up the inspections, secured information from the homeowners' association, secured utility/property tax information and everything else required for an orderly closing.
