It's in a very desirable neighborhood and town and there were other potential tenants who wanted to see it. But Connie arranged for me to see it first and I was able to establish a nice rapport with the owner. Even though she mostly deals with buyers and sellers, I felt like she gave my humble search the same energy and effort. Connie also stayed in close touch and kept me informed at every step, getting back to me quickly when I had a question. Plus she has incredible knowledge of the market.
