Connie was first class. She lives in the area, has kids who go to school there so she speaks the language of a parent and resident more than an agent. Patient, calm, and balanced. Even she had to deliver the bad news that we had to upgrade the kitchen, stage the house and drop price (twice) she did it in a way that was helpful. She had data and facts and comparables. At no point did we feel she was pressurizing us to make decisions to sell the home faster. All in, the home was a lucky one for us and we were lucky to have her as our agent. I recommend her with no hesitation.
