Colleen did such a great job as our buyers agent last year that she was my immediate go to when the time came this year for me to sell my parents' condo. Surprise! Selling is actually a lot different than buying, but again, Colleen's deep experience and attention to detail made the whole experience a breeze. She excelled at all the usual things a listing agent does from market intelligence to pricing to marketing. But beyond all those usual things, at every turn, she "went the extra mile" to make the selling process easy and convenient. As a seller, I was responsible for providing reams of documentation about the condo and details about the HOA--Colleen scrounged all the information, making multiple trips to the association office to handle all the details. Her steady hand guided us through an unexpectedly difficult Inspection Resolution process--she arranged for electricians and handymen to solve the problems and even met them at the property, saving me hours of time. I do also want to mention that Colleen readily reached out to other folks at her firm for additional insights, for example the unique market constraints selling in a 55+ community--she wisely leverages all the resources at her disposal. Most importantly though I can't emphasize enough how trustworthy Colleen is--it was easy to establish trust with her and work with her in a high-trust-manner.
