Colleen helped the reviewer sell this property

Colleen handled the sale of my property professionally. She provided excellent guidance.

Colleen communicated on a regular basis about the sale of my property and kept me updated on the results of the property showings. She provided excellent real estate market knowledge for the area and the Community and provided real time feedback after each showing. She conducted an open house to showcase the property. We discussed pricing based on the current market situation and negotiated as needed. I recommend Colleen highly.
