Colleen did her research right off the bat. She would give us a group of homes, we would go see, then she would check out if it was fairly priced. We were setting up for settlement and our sellers became irreconcilable, we backed out. The same day, she had a new group to see and the following day we looked at 6 houses in 2 hours!
