Colleen did her research right off the bat. She would give us a group of homes, we would go see, then she would check out if it was fairly priced. We were setting up for settlement and our sellers became irreconcilable, we backed out. The same day, she had a new group to see and the following day we looked at 6 houses in 2 hours! During that time, we found our dream home! Quick as lightening, we made an offer and 2 weeks beyond the original closing date, we closed. There were minor bumps along the way, but she walked us through everything. I couldn't ask for a more thorough and knowledgeable partner! And her team made sure EVERYTHING was done timely and properly! We relied on their experience and everything went smoothly!

We did a USDA with Colleen recently. She was great. Even with some of our road blocks. Answered all of my questions quickly and I couldn't have asked for anyone better.
