Colleen was there to not only sell our house but she also kept an eye on the grounds to be sure it was being kept up and had knowledge of the area to provide repair services which she was available to meet at the home. Colleen is prompt, honest and very reliable.our house was sold in a matter of weeks after she took the listing.
