I earned my Broker’s license in 2007 by completing the required number of transactions, completing the required classes and passing the exam. I had 24 hours to come up with a name so that I could carry my clients with me. The name had to be near the beginning of the alphabet, something people could remember and give credit to our Awesome God. The song Our God is an Awesome God was one of my favorites at the time, the word was being used regularly, and it fit the requirements. We have had a lot of fun with the name!
We opened the office in Circleville in August 2007. In 2009 we opened another office in Washington Court House. From about 2010 until 2015 I spent the majority of my time taking care of bank owned properties, and other related work. In 2015 I decided I wanted my clients to be my only focus, so we re-booted Awesome Real Estate.
We remain located in Washington Court House, serving our clients wherever in Ohio they may be. However, our area of expertise is Fayette and Pickaway counties and all counties that touch those counties. Our staff has grown, there are three full time agents and 2 part time agents, and 2 staff.
Our focus is our clients. Their needs for today and looking out for their futures.
