Colleen & Bruce Ray were truly what we needed to sell our mom's house. They were everything and more that anyone could ask for from someone in the sales/service business. My brother lives in Alaska and I live in Texas, so selling a home in California presented numerous challenges. However, The Ray Team stepped in and turned those challenges into stepping stones and made the process as simple and painless as could be. In what way? Let me enumerate. First of all they have a professional attitude and demeanor. They also have a team that assists them who also demonstrate professionalism, from their videographer to their back room people. The Ray's know the Real Estate market in Ca but even more specifically, in The Colony, where my mother's house was locatged. As Realtors and Appraisers, they possess such and understanding and it became evident in the various discussions we had. They also are willing to ask questions and listen to our concerns, providing credible reasons for certain actions taken. Those areas are expected in Real Estate Agents, but the Ray's exhibited a higher degree of understanding in these areas. But even more than this, they went above and beyond in helping us with the elimination of my mother's furniture, setting up curbside bulk pickups, taking some to a local charity and hiring a company that disposes of items my mom had. The property that was for sale needed a number of minor repairs and they took the point in interviewing and obtaining bids from a variety of contractors, selecting the best most reliable contractors and then overseeing their work, even fronting the expenses that were eventually reimbursed at the close of escrow. Trying to accomplish this from Texas would have been very difficult, but they made the process easy, seeing that everything was done prior to our 30 day escrow closing date. Amazing work! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to consider working with them!
