No glitches, no problems of any kind. Went so smooth I can hardly believe it. And it all happened while we were traveling in Australia and New Zealand. I highly recommended the Ray Team. They keep you informed at every turn, and were extra helpful finding us a mover and boxes to pack our stuff.
I found both Colleen and Bruce to be very hard working knowledgeable and well informed about The Colony real estate market. Despite one buyer cancelling escrow not their fault they were immediately back in the market and soon had a better buyer in a new escrow and a sale that went off without a problem. Colleen and Bruce Ray were highly recommended to me when I was searching for an Agent to list my home with. My experience working with them during the sales and escrow process actually exceeded those high recommendations. Shortly after I accepted an offer and entered escrow, my home experienced flood damage due to a major storm that occurred, causing a need for repairs and a 10 day delay in close of escrow. The Ray's assisted me during the repair process, acting as a liaison between all the parties involved and keeping things on track to close by the new escrow date. I would highly recommend them for be willing and also knowledgeable in assisting with any type of issue that can arise while selling your home. They were true partners in the process.

I've sold many homes over the course of my life and by far, Colleen & Bruce Ray were the most attentive, helpful and excellent. The home we were selling belonged to my elderly parents. Colleen & Ray effortlessly crossed the high tech needs (mine and escrow) with the analog needs of my parents -- making both parties very comfortable. The home sold quickly with a short escrow, with the Ray's advice, expertise and friendly competence. They have a good sense of humor while also taking their job very seriously. In the past, I have always felt I did more work than the realtor when trying to sell a home -- but not with the Ray's! When it is time to sell our home we will definitely use them!

Colleen and Bruce were so incredible to work with. I had never sold a home before (and was doing so as Power of Attorney from 3000 miles away).
