I have travelled with Colleen to view quite a number of homes for sale and was always impressed by her recall of my dislikes so as not to waste my time showing me properties similar to ones I'd already declined. in discussions with Colleen, I also have determined her willingness to assist in a number of ways well beyond what the vast majority of realtors would contribute in order to sell one of her listed properties. It is for these reasons I would feel that Colleen will be quite trustworthy if I ever chose to sell or rent one of my properties.
