Choosing a realtor is a very important choice. As a second time home buyer, I knew what I was looking for and had high standards for a professional who could really help my family and I find our dream home. We were relocating to the Raleigh area from Austin after only one visit to the city, so Colleen had her work cut out for her. Not only did she educate us on the pros/cons of each neighborhood, she expertly navigated things we wouldn't even imagine, such as traffic flows (beyond commutes), local weather implications, drainage, road widening and more. Colleen took an entire day to drive us around the entire area, from Wake Forest to Cary and Apex. She was patient and intuitive, and after we flew back to Austin she kept sending homes that would fit. We encountered a loss of income and adjusted our budget and Coleen never missed a beat. Then one day, Colleen FaceTimed us from a house we knew was "the one." We flew up to see it and she helped us negotiate and put us in touch with a fleet of professionals at a moments notice: inspectors, mortgage agents, insurance and more. We feel so confident we made a sound decision, and we view Colleen as a real advocate and trusted friend in such a complex process. Colleen is a true professional and KNOWS THIS BUSINESS and area so so well, but she also has an infectious positive and can-do attitude, making the whole process (dare I say)...fun!

I cannot say enough great things about Colleen. We purchased our first home with her and she was the BEST! Very patient as we viewed house after house. She does not sugar coat what she thinks about her house and let us know which houses were good/not worth the repairs. I fully recommend her!

Colleen and her team was excellent. We were moving in from out of state and we didn’t have much idea about the area. Colleen helped us with that and gave us some pointers with schools as well. I would highly recommend her. Her knowledge is in depth and the final quote for the house was absolutely spot on. We ended up getting a nice house for the right price.
