She gave us tips on things to fix/change in order to make it more marketable. She did also listen to our feedback though. She was always available throughout my multitude of questions. She is very personable and easy to work with. When purchasing she took our feedback and only showed us houses she thought we would be interested in based on what we liked and said we like. I moved from the east coast so Colleen did all virtual video tours with me. Colleen is a godsend. My husband and I were excited and nervous about the prospect of buying our first house.
