We were selling a house in the Denver area that was our rental in which our previous renters TRASHED the house. Colleen stepped inside the house and immediately took charge and had maintenance people to the house the very next day. She was always close to her phone and very easy and communicated everything that was happening at our house, including hosting several open houses until our property was sold.
