We had to list our home for sale under very stressful and emotional circumstances, and Colleen was there to support us every step of the way. It was a difficult and complicated transaction as we had several renters on our multi-unit property that needed to be communicated with at all times to make sure that everyone was aware of all showings, inspections, and timelines. Colleen is a kind yet down to earth, knows the South Bay, sells your house within two weeks to 30 days after on the market, knows how to negotiate with the buyers and sellers, answers my texts snd calls immediately. I had another realtor and switched to her since she was more aware of the Southbay area, and I’m so happy I did. She had the photographer taking pictures of my townhouse after she had it staged and got the beautiful flyers out, snd once it was put out on market, I had multiple offers on my townhouse at the same time.
