Purchasing a new home after living in our previous home for over 20 years was daunting, but Colleen made it easy. She answered all of our questions no matter how simple or complicated. She scheduled all the inspections including extra ones that we requested which was a great help. When we were dealing with issues with the lender, she always stepped in to assist us.
