I’m so thankful that you found me and I never looked back. You are so knowledgeable and you work to sell. I so appreciate your help and professionalism. You treated me with respect and you kept me up on every detail and showing. This home was being shown three times a day so I’m thankful that it sold quickly. A 5 out of 5 star rating for Colleen is too low. She is at leat a 10 out of 5 stats! Colleen is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very patient. We went through a couple of houses that just didn’t quite work out, then… If it were not for the negotiation skills and tactics that Colleen advised, there is not a chance that I would have landed the house of my dreams. Colleen’s skills absolutely made the difference in a very competitive process. Over the several month process, Colleen was always there for me with a smile and a passion to make sure I received all information to make an informed decision during this journey. Colleen was always quick to respond and was an absolute dream to work with and I absolutely would recommend any buyer or seller to use Colleen for your real estate needs.
