We went through a couple of houses that just didn’t quite work out, then… If it were not for the negotiation skills and tactics that Colleen advised, there is not a chance that I would have landed the house of my dreams. Colleen’s skills absolutely made the difference in a very competitive process. Over the several month process, Colleen was always there for me with a smile and a passion to make sure I received all information to make an informed decision during this journey.
