I don't often review agents that I have worked with in the past, but Colin Delaney is exceptional. I look for homes that I can renovate and remodel. I try to find the best deals in the best neighborhoods. In the case of 2017 N Capella, Colin patiently showed me similar floor plans and things other owners had done to upgrade the homes. He also provided design consultation on what is current and on trend in today's market, and what buyer's are really attracted to in a home. I bought this home for 800k and was able to sell for more than $1.2M, which Colin showed me was possible as compared to other comps in the neighborhood. It's really tremendous how good he is at his job - he knows the neighborhoods well and has an amazing eye for design and the comparative market at large. He is a great resource for real estate!

Colin sold a great house I had in the Back Bay of Eastside Costa Mesa in July 2019; he knows Costa Mesa/Newport very well. He was patient with my original asking price; we made small, incremental reductions along the way and then about 90 days in we were in escrow. I believe at that time, we set a new sales high for that area; nice teamwork! BTW-his referral to OmHome staging was spot on; he even had a coffee barista at one of the open houses!

I have worked with Colin on a few past sales of my properties in Orange County. He is fantastic! He is very trustworthy, always tells me what would be in my best interest (even if it is not in his!), and does an amazing job with marketing. He does video, uses drones, and the photos he gets make a huge difference. I will always use Colin when I sell my property here!
