My husband and I live in NOVA and were looking for a property in the Richmond area to buy now and retire in in a year or two. Cole found us great properties to look at, respected our "wish list", was honest in his assessments about the properties themselves, the areas they were located in and the potential development options for those areas. He did his best to accommodate our weekend visit schedule -- we ultimately ended up finding a property and buying it. Cole was wonderful interacting with the seller's agent and the seller - who was difficult at best - and was able to get us through the process with just about all we wanted and needed. We would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an energetic, responsive and professional agent in the RVA area.
