About CODY

Cody Stringer became a real estate agent in 2012 and joined Rêve Realtors in 2020. A historic home specialist, Cody has extensive experience with renovations and new construction, including a proven track record for a developer-focused clientele across the city. Cody earned his degree from the University of Colorado and went on to a successful career in construction management and design for a local developer. While developing personal projects and investment properties to flip, and gaining expertise in historic renovations as well as new construction, he was underwhelmed by his experiences with real estate agents. That motivated Cody to earn his own real estate license, so that he could effectively manage that part of the process as well. Known as “a developer’s dream agent” who’s results-driven, tireless, and honest, Cody works with the creators of Patterson Point and Maritimes in Algiers Point, as well as Croi in the Irish Channel. He provides real working knowledge to ensure successful projects all the way from acquisition, re-subdivision, and schematic design to floor plans and finish selections. He has detailed insight into what prospective buyers are looking for in specific markets and is skilled at threading the needle of cost benefit analysis, so that clients can generate the highest possible return on their investment. Always mindful of budgeting, Cody understands how to spend money where it will be appreciated and how to save money without it affecting the sale. He’s also able to navigate inspection reports proficiently and determine realistic costs for projects that buyers are interested in pursuing. Outside of work, Cody enjoys golf, hiking, and astronomy. He’s also proud to be an adoring husband to his wife, and loving dad to his 8-year old son and 2-year old daughter.
