My experience was a great one, it was all due to my agent Cody.

Cody Richards is the BEST agent I have ever worked with. He responds to you quickly, immediately really. He took us to many houses, always felt like he had our best interest first. We told him what we were looking for, what kind of community we wanted and what we needed in the house. He did not waste our time looking at houses that did not meet our requirements. He always responded quickly. We trusted him and his opinion so much that he actually found the house we bought while we were out of town. He went and looked at it for us, sent us videos while he was there, and reported back that this was THE house we wanted. We put in an offer and bought the house strictly on his opinion. He knew what we were looking for, we had been working with him for about 3 or 4 months. He was right, he found THE house that will be our happy home. I really can’t say enough good things about him. This is the 6th house we have bought in our lives and he was the best agent we have ever had the pleasure to work with. He will definitely be a very successful young man in real estate. He was very devoted to us and our needs. He is The BEST!!

Cody went above and beyond what I expected from the time I met him to the time I closed. I am an out of state buyer so it was very difficult to orchestrate everything that goes into the purchase of a home. He immediately answered calls, texts, emails and set up appointments for showings. Being out of state he went to the homes and took pictures and videos for me. He followed up with my lender, insurance companies and seller's agent without being asked or told. I always felt like I was always a priority to him no matter what time of day or night it was. He was very professional on top of it all. He knew what I was looking for and only presented properties he knew that would fit my needs and wants. I highly recommend Cody to anyone in Florida or across the country.

Cody works very hard to get the job done. He is very nice and extremely efficient. He cares about his clients very much. He always returns every phone call and every email.
